I woke from a dream that I can't explain
Like drops of rain
We hit the ground and never make a sound
Cause nobody's around
Blackwater runs like a streak of paint
A toxic saint
Spreads like glue and covers what we knew
To be once shiny and new
Now rusted through
Bright flames spread but omit no light
A greedy bite
Of all that once, all it should be
Black water in me
It sets me free
