META EXAMPLE: -- idea website

Moniker: Idea Farm
Thesis: A crowdsourced website that aims to help people take their ideas from conception to implementation, but with a focus on on conception.
Method Overview: The site will host a ui that helps guide an idea from the mind to written form and eventually become a compendium of unrealized ideas to be enhanced by the community, brought to life, or proven impossible.
Inspiration: An extension of an idea culture I've been trying to start with Genius.com; also a direct response to negative comments by Lemon.
x for y: Like Jovoto but with a bottom-up approach to content creation and Genius.com style maintenance.

IDEA 1: -- Amateur Philosophy forum

Moniker: Philo["no Sophists"] phorum
Thesis: A website that hosts philosophical discussions with intent to build a crowdsourced "no-jargon philosophic encyclopedia".
Method Overview: Prohibit most esoteric language from being used on the site with a repository of key words hand selected from an encyclopedia of philosophy. A place where children could understand mostly anything posted without devaluing the topic.
Inspiration: Random thought.
x for y: Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy meets new age teaching techniques.

IDEA 2: Data from Symbolic Linguistics

Moniker: ChickenScratch
Thesis: A program that codifies linguistic information such as syntax, diction, pragmatics, etc. into an illegible caricature language to find 'similar shapes' in songs, poems, sentences, etc.
Method Overview: (Multiple paths to creation) Take any sentence and translate it into a shape based on its structure. Example: A word would be an underscore, a word with a Latin root would have an underscore with 45* line coming out of it, a Germanic word would have an underscore with a 90* angle and so forth, working down a hierarchy of linguistic necessities so that sentences could be translated with all (most) necessary info through deep learning. This will allow us to manually add 'semantic cases' that arise in situ in any piece of art.
Inspiration: SkoRG's symbolic language + searching for a technical medium to approach meaning.
x for y: Can't think of anything. If anyone knows something similar in existence, please let me know!

IDEA 3: Random Static Page generator

Moniker: HTML Frankenstein art
Thesis: Build simple random static webpages by drawing elements (static elements) from a small list of compatible websites.
Method Overview: The program could systematically open "inspect page" on a predetermined list of websites (perhaps chosen by user) and randomly draw elements that satisfy the conditions of a complete static webpage. Perhaps we could translate CSS into HTML style tags.
Inspiration: Harvard cs75 Lecture 0 -- Using Google web development tools.
x for y: Can't think of anything.
