But to the point: Juliet is \u201cA fortnight and odd days\u201d from being fourteen, so she\u2019s thirteen years old. Romeo\u2019s age isn\u2019t explicitly stated, but his skill with a sword suggests he\u2019s closer to twenty than to thirteen.
